Returns Policy

With the exception of any Homeward Bath, Ariel, Cambridge Plumbing, Dreamline & Aquarius products including Showers, Tub Shower units, Shower Pans, Walk in tubs & bathtubs, You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund excluding shipping cost, unless sent you a incorrect product which you did not order from us, in which case will pay return shipping.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

For ALL Homeward Bath, Ariel, Cambridge Plumbing, Dreamline & Aquarius products which have been inspected the consignee at time of delivery and have found to have been damaged during transit, please note any and all freight damage to the item on the Bill of Lading and you may refuse the shipment based on freight damage. To receive a refund for that item, YOU MUST contact the freight company which delivered the item and initiate a freight damage claim with that carrier.

NOTE: Items returned for any reason, other than those shipped in error, will be subject to a restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of most items can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. When items are returned to the manufacturer or for any reason other than item damage, it will be the customers responsibility to pay for return shipping.


Refunds do not include the refunding of shipping charges under any circumstance except item damage. Only the cost of the items purchased will be refunded.  In the case of item damage the shipping charges may be refunded. A company ( provided RGA (Return Goods Authorization) must accompany the items returned.
