Special Order items not Returnable. Returns for non special order items will be accepted only with written authorization. A 30% restocking charge shall be assessed on all returns. A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number must accompany all returned goods. All returned goods are to be shipped to Seachrome prepaid.
